I used to feel like being sick was normal.
That yo-yo dieting would always be my reality.
I had no idea that I could Amplify the Wellness Warrior Within by becoming a conscious consumer…. Now we have a community built on these beliefs and practices.
My life began to change when I my 6lb 13oz bundle of joy arrived 18 years ago. Learning that I was going to be a mom, to a daughter nonetheless, left me concerned and curious. My childhood was founded on poor nutrition that led to obesity and chronic illness. I piggybacked these health trauma’s with an eating disorder in my teens. To say I was frightened at the idea that I was going to be in charge of another humans health and nutrition is an understatement…
I came to understand that our family’s health didn’t require a 4-year degree or another coaching certificate.
There’s an abundance of information available, in fact often, too much.
When it came to implementation I felt overwhelmed and scared.
There were countless areas I wanted to improve but I needed it to be
simple, convenient, and affordable.
I yearned for a realistic strategy. When I couldn’t find one, in true Lindsaya fashion, I created one.

Deep in my belly I KNEW that
I could finally feel good in my body.
I became empowered by what I
COULD control and have been inspired to share it with others.
18 years later I couldn’t be more proud of all that we have implemented to change our families health picture and I am so excited to share with you the very strageties that helped us get to where we are today!
Often the unclear path is made clear by traveling it… that is exactly how I learned and later developed my Conscious Consumption Strategies.
This was NOT my life.
I ate all the wrong “food”, had a terrible bill of health, was on prescription Rx, had chronic health issues, struggled with obesity, mental health challenges, and infertility.
Over the last 17 years, I have shared what I have learned on stages, with my teams, and built an organization around my philosophies. I’m honored to have been part of over 400 families adding more plants into their bodies daily, helped multiple schools and even more homes grow gardens year-round.
It doesn’t happen overnight. Transforming your life happens by making incremental shifts that build new habits. These new behaviors develop new neuropathways making it more likely and easier to repeat the pattern. Hence…. a NEW habit!
