What is the May Warrior Commitment?

The May Warrior Commitment is a 31-day challenge where we, as a community, commit to consuming at least one smoothie, juice, or salad every day. It’s designed to be flexible and accessible, whether you’re a seasoned juicer or just starting to explore plant-based eating.

 

Why I Started the May Warrior Commitment

Over 10 years ago, I hosted my first 30 Day Challenge in May and I realized that despite my busy schedule and commitments, prioritizing my health in a more holistic way and easy way was the best way to support my body as we move into summer. My journey with plant-based nutrition has been transformative, bringing me increased vitality and a deeper connection with my body. The Warrior Commitments were born out of a desire to incorporate more raw, vibrant foods into my daily regimen. I’ve seen incredible benefits from this practice, such as increased energy, clearer skin, and a more balanced mood. Now, I want to share these benefits with you by inviting you and our who community to join this journey with me for free!
